Rogers ordered to continue right-of-ways payments to New Brunswick

Rogers Communications Inc. lost a battle with the province of New Brunswick over appropriate rates for access to the province’s highways, sometimes referred to as right-of-ways (ROW). The CRTC ruled in Telecom Decision 2007-8 that the fees charged to Rogers are "just and expedient."
