Lanctot grabs position at Competition Tribunal

Henri Lanctôt was recently appointed as a lay member of the Competition Tribunal by Industry Minister Maxime Bernier. A lawyer with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Montreal, Lanctôt has been practising law for more than 38 years and previously held the positions of house counsel with Texaco Canada Inc. and general counsel to the Société québécoise d’exploration minière.
