In preparation for the availability of wireless number portability on March 14, Quebecor Media Inc. subsidiary Vidéotron ltée has launched a microsite to provide information to consumers about the transition. The www.ilovemynumber.com site also invites visitors to contribute testimonials about why they love their wireless phone number. "Consumers who love their phone number will now be able to change their mobile service provider and keep their number," said Manon Brouillette, senior VP of marketing, content and product development at Vidéotron. The site is also being launched in French at www.jaimemonnumero.com.
