Reminiscent of the friends and family plan brought to Canada by Sprint in the early days of long distance competition, customers of Rogers Communications local telephony service will now be able to make Rogers customer free of charge, and that includes wireless and Fido customers as well. "My Home Connections is an exciting new enhancement to the Rogers home phone service, which provides customers with one more reason to choose Rogers as their residential home phone provider," Phil Hartling, VP and GM of Rogers Home Phone said in a news release.
