Amazing Moms joins Kaboose team

Kaboose Inc. has announced that the acquisition of nearly all the assets of Amazing Moms Inc. for US$750,000 in cash. "Amazing Moms is a fantastic parent resource that resonates with our mom audience," said Jason DeZwirek, co-founder and CEO of Kaboose. Katherine Bennett, Amazing Mom's founder, will be joining the Kaboose editorial team. "As a long-time partner of Birthday In A Box, I am extremely excited to work with the entire Kaboose team to help bring best-in-class content offerings to their engaged and passionate user base," said Bennett.
