Buzz Telecom Inc., a division of Buzz Telecommunications Services, recently announced that its 10-11-289 long distance dial around service is available to all Vidéotron telephone subscribers in Quebec. These customers dial 10-11-289 before the long distance telephone number and will be able to benefit from the service's low rates, such as 100 minutes for 99¢ per call to anywhere in Canada and the US, as well as other low international rates. "We are please to be able to expand our network and to be the first company to offer this exceptionally low-rate long distance service to Vidéotron telephone subscribers," said Rafi Hazan, the president and CEO of Buzz Telecom.
