Mosaid shuffles executive suite

People | 04/11/2007 11:02 am EDT

Mosaid Technologies Inc. has announced that its three longest serving executives have been shuffled out of the executive offices. George Cwynar, president and CEO of the Ottawa-based firm since 1994, will be replaced by John Lindgren, who served was at Texas Instruments for 20 years prior to joining Mosaid as VP of patent licensing last year. CFO Richard Boadway and chair of the board of directors Thomas Csathy are also leaving. Csathy will be replaced by Carl Schlachte, CEO of ARC International PLC, while a new CFO will be named in the near future. The executive moves are part of the company's transition to a pure-play patent licensing firm.
