Montreal-based iWeb Group Inc. has appointed two new members to its board of directors. Michel Leclair, VP of quality assurance at Agropur, boasts considerable experience in the quality assurance field and implementing ISO 9001 and HACCP standards. Martin Cauchon, an actuary by profession, specializes in risk management. The new board members were appointed at the annual shareholders' meeting on March 26.
