The first is audio conferencing software that links into PC clients from Adobe Systems Inc., IBM Corp. and Microsoft Corp. Customer Interaction Express is contact centre software that provides, voice, email, fax and text messaging for up to 150 agents at multiple sites. Avaya's rivals Cisco Systems Inc. and Nortel Networks have also announced SMB-friendly equipment recently.
