Only few remaining analog subscribers for Rogers

Canada's largest wireless operator has announced that it is well ahead of schedule in getting its analog and TDMA subscribers to switch to GSM-based devices. In a news release announced on May 3, Rogers Wireless stated that nearly 200,000 former TDMA and analog customers had switched and that only a few have yet to make the jump. The company announced in January that it would be turning off its older TDMA and analog networks on May 31.
