Mohamed Abousalem has been appointed VP of sales and marketing at Calgary-based CSI Wireless Inc. In this newly created position, Abousalem will be responsible for several corporate development initiatives including strategic partnerships and new product segments. He will also be charged with providing direction for corporate marketing and product management. Abousalem brings more than 15 years experience in the GPS sector, most recently serving as senior director OEM solutions at Magellan Navigation. Prior to Magellan, he worked in a variety of positions at Position Inc., Thales Geosolutions and Pulsearch Navigation.
