Bell Fund boosts financing for new media, HD-friendly productions

Normally when someone's celebrating an anniversary, you buy them presents. But the Bell Broadcast and New Media Fund is doling out the goodies to Canadian producers by making television programs shot in HD eligible for double the normal amount of TV grant money, and raising the cap on funding for new media projects by 100%.
