Yahoo Canada’s Munro joins Transgaming board

Transgaming Inc., a Toronto firm that develops tools for porting PC games to other platforms, has named Yahoo Canada Co. GM Kerry Munro to its board of directors. Munro will take the seat vacated by Jim Laird, VP of investments at Covington Capital, which was previously an investor in Transgaming. Laird had served on the board for five years.
