News | 08/24/2007 2:56 pm EDT

Barrett Broadband Networks, a Barrett Corp. company, has acquired 37 spectrum licences in the 3.5 GHz band from Alberta-based Pathcom Wireless Inc. The transaction allows Barrett to take a significant step forward in providing broadband access to rural Canadians.
