Hurlow retires from Cygnal

Cygnal Technologies Corp. has announced that Gerald Hurlow has retired from the company has a direction and chair of the board of directors. He will be replaced by Jos Wintermans, who has served as Cygnal's CEO since November 2005. Hurlow has been chair of the board since 1993 and also served as president and CEO from August 2004 to November 2005. "After much reflection I feel the time is right to step aside," Hurlow said in a statement. "I believe Jos Wintermans has guided Cygnal through its most difficult times, and the road to success is now clear. I am confident that the company is in the hands of a strong, capable and energetic leader."
