Dimension Data comes to Toronto

Briefs | 10/03/2007 12:01 pm EDT

Dimension Data, an IT specialist and solutions providers, is expanding to Toronto, a move the company says will allow it to capitalize on a growing economy and robust commercial operations. The expansion into Canada is being driven by the rapid adoption of advanced technologies, including large and medium commercial businesses. Research from Datamonitor indicates that unified communications technologies are high on organizations' investment agendas and will be commonplace within the next two years. The research also found that companies increasingly understand the benefits of unified communications, such as improved employee productivity, customer service and cost savings.
