Galaxy Multimedia names new president

Steve Wilcox has been appointed president of Galaxy Multimedia. Wilcox was previously president and CEO of Group Telecom, during which time he grew the company from start-up to a valuation of over US $3 billion in just four years. Prior to his tenure at Group Telecom, he was with Westel and BC Tel. Galaxy Multimedia is a leading provider of wholesale VoIP and VoIP provisioning services to the cable industry, ISP's and VAR's throughout North and South America. The company is also expanding to other international markets.
