The Citytv network purchased by Rogers, which was effectively the remainder of CTVglobemedia Inc.'s acquisition of CHUM Ltd., includes stations in Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. In light of the announcement Rogers Media subsidiary Rogers Broadcasting takes immediate control of the Citytv operations under the direction of Leslie Sole, Rogers Media's CEO of television.
