Cathy Yabsley has been appointed VP of finance and operations at Ottawa-based TalkSwitch, bringing more than 20 years experience in technology, finance and administration to the company. She is a chartered accountant, beginning her career at BDO Dunwoody and since then has help key positions at Mitel Networks, Bridgewater Systems, Cloakware and LPI Level Platforms.
