Laura Formusa has been appointed president/CEO of Hydro One Inc., after serving for the past year in an acting position. Since joining the company in 1980, she has held various positions with the utility, including general counsel. Formusa earned her Bachelor of Law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1980. Hydro One is a holding company that operates through its subsidiaries in electricity transmission and distribution and telecom businesses.
