Briefs | 12/03/2007 4:21 pm EST
A Harris/Decima poll exploring Canadians' views toward foreign ownership of Canadian media and communications companies will be released this Wednesday at a public meeting sponsored by ACTRA, the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada and Friends of Canadian Broadcasting. The poll, which asked more than 2000 Canadians ‘should Canadian broadcasting and communications be open to foreign control?' and related questions, will be released at the launch of Keep It Canadian, a campaign in support of retaining Canadian control of our media and communications industry. The results will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday on Canada Newswire.
