Wi-LAN sells Think Broadband

Ottawa-based Wi-LAN Inc. has reached an agreement to sell Think Broadband Solutions to PCT International for $1.2 million. The deal is part of Wi-LAN's strategy to divest of the division following its acquisition of V-chip maker Tri-Vision International Ltd.
