Raj Singh has been named CEO of Wavesat Inc., a Montreal-based provider of chip-level WiMAX systems. He brings more than 25 years of international business experience to Wavesat, joining from MoSys, a provider of high-density system-on-chip (SoC) embedded memory solutions, where he was VP of marketing and business development. Prior to that, he was executive VP of worldwide sales at Virage Logic for 3 years and led the company to significant revenue growth during his tenure.
