Solutrea loses board member

Solutrea Corp. has announced that Jim Skippen, president and CEO of Wi-LAN Inc., has resigned from the company's board of directors. He cites the need to spend more time on other matters as the reason for his departure. Solutrea is a provider of digital signage and Wi-Fi communications networks for consumers, business and the US government. The company is headed by Wi-LAN founder Hatim Zaghloul.
