Hemisphere GPS, a provider of advanced GPS products, has named Jim Chinnick as VP of engineering, bringing to the Calgary-based company more than 36 years experience in the wireless and satellite sectors. Over the years, he has worked at WaveRider Communicat6ions, Harris Corp, NovAtel Communications, Nortel Networks and Foundation Electronic Instruments.
