Wavesat Inc. has named Victor Menasce VP of product management with responsibility of defining and managing the Montreal-based company's product strategic roadmap. He will also focus on application engineering and customer support. Menasce has 21 years experience in wireless, processing, telecom and semiconductors. Prior to joining Wavesat, he was CTO at Applied Micro Circuits Corp. Menasce has also held senior positions with Somerset Technologies, Tundra Semiconductor and Nortel Networks.
