Intrinsyc adds new board member

Intrinsyc Software International Inc. has named Philip Ladouceur to its board of directors. Ladouceur brings to CFO and CEO experience in the software and telecommunications industry, including positions at Rogers Communications Inc., Bell Canada International, MetroNet Communications, FutureLink Corp. and Datawire Communication Networks. He is president and managing director of Mardale Investments Ltd.
