Marc Patrone, a former broadcaster and journalist, has been appointed as the newest full-time member of the CRTC. He has worked at a number of media outlets over the years, including as a writer-broadcaster with Broadcast News/Canadian Press; a reporter, videographer and editor with the Global Television Network and the Atlantic Television System as well as a news anchor and sports reporter with Scarborough Television. Prior to his appointment to the CRTC, Patrone worked as a broadcast journalist and legislative and general assignment reporter with CTV Atlantic.
