Broadcasters spent $430 million more on foreign drama than Canadian in 2007

Canada’s private conventional broadcasters increased their revenues, operating income and expenditures on foreign programming in 2007, but decreased spending on home-grown content, according the financial summaries released yesterday by the CRTC.
