CTVglobemedia has appointed John Gossling CFO, effective April 7. Gossling brings more than 22 years of experience to the position, including his most recent position as VP of financial operations with Rogers Communications Inc. From 200 to 2005, Gossling was senior VP and CFO of Rogers Wireless and for the 15 years prior to that he was employed by KPMG, first as a partner in the firm’s information, communications and entertainment practice in Toronto, and then a partner in its US capital markets group. Gossling holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Accountant. He replaces Robin Fillingham, who is retiring after 37 years of service to the company.
