Deferral account appeals dismissed

The Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed two appeals seeking overturn the CRTC’s decision on deferral accounts. In a March 7 ruling, the FCA ruled that the commission didn’t overstep its authority in order the use of the deferral account money for both broadband expansion and telephone customer rebates.
