COM DEV gets go ahead on satellite technology

COM DEV International Ltd. has received a $4.7 million authorization to proceed from EADS Astrium to supply multiplexer and switch equipment for the KA-SAT communications satellite from Eutelsat. The Cambridge company expects the authorization to lead to a contract worth more than $15 million.
