This week Industry Minister Jim Prentice named four members of the Canadian Space Agency’s (CSA) advisory committee. Cecil Hawkins, chair of the committee, holds a law degree from Dalhousie University. He was appointed CEO of Canadian Erectors Ltd. in 1982. The corporate group, Canerector, Inc., of which Mr. Hawkins is sole owner, has approximately 2,000 employees.
