MediaScrape names new president and CTO

Montreal-based Internet broadcast news company, MediaScrape, has named Chris Dingle president and CTO. Dingle was the founding CTO of 24/7 Real Media, which recently sold to WPP for $637 million. He also gained experience in leveraging state-of-the-art technology in media and finance in senior roles with Lehman Brothers and Matshushita Electrica Works. Dingle holds a Masters of Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and is responsible for coordinating the MediaScrape technology teams in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, Thailand, and Montreal. "Following this most recent round of financing and a recent series of announcements, including our Google Maps integration and partnership with YouTube, we are now moving to the next level of international development," said Tyler Cavell, founder and CEO. "We believe that Chris’ insight and experience make him a valuable addition to our senior management team."
