Urban Communications Inc. has appointed Murray Klippenstein as CEO, effective April 21, 2008. As part of a management reorganization, Klippenstein has also been appointed CEO of the company’s service provider subsidiaries, Urban Networks Inc. and Imagen Communications Inc. Leslie Maerov, the company’s current CEO, will resign, but retain the role of president. Clifford Bouillet will continue to serve as COO of Urban Communications Inc. and its subsidiaries.
