In particular, the world of information and communications technology (ICT) has been inundated with green messages, but it’s been hard to get a handle on what’s for real, and what’s hot air. In this issue of Telemanagement we face the facts head on, lending a critical eye to greenwashing, while also giving kudos where kudos are due.
