Tranzeo beefs up 5.8 GHz WiMAX product

Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. released at WIMAX World EMEA its new low-cost turn-key 5.8GHz WiMAX pico-base station. The product, which is designed for the rural and enterprise markets, uses AirSync an intelligent provisioning and management software from Proximetry. The addition of this latest 5.8GHz system expands Tranzeo’s product portfolio which includes 3.5GHz licensed band gear and offers wireless ISPs and emerging carriers a price/performance breakthrough for WiMAX with enhanced base station performance management.
