DDS Wireless International Inc. has appointed Jim Zadra as its CFO, effective July 14. A chartered accountant with more than 14 years of experience in corporate finance and professional services, he brings considerable experience to the table. Most recently, he was VP of finance, North America, for Sophos, a leading information technology security and control company with a presence in more than 150 countries. Zadra has also held senior positions with broad responsibilities in corporate finance, strategic planning, corporate development and consulting over the course of his career including senior roles at ActiveState Corporation, Canaccord Capital and Deloitte & Touche.
