Is Cogeco’s Jan Peeter’s on the prowl for Atria Networks?

Cogeco Cable Inc.’s acquisition of Toronto Hydro Telecom (THT) for $200 million has analysts speculating that the company is thinking much bigger than Canada’s largest city. It could also signal something of a comeback for Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Cable chair Jan Peeters, who got badly burned in the CallNet takeover of Fonorola in 1998.
