Auction Day 38: Close but no cigar – auction nearly ends on Friday

Industry Canada‘s Advanced Wireless Services (AWS) spectrum auction almost came to a close on Friday when participants didn’t place a bid in Round 318. But after a proactive waiver was submitted – something that has to be done over the phone – the auction continued, albeit at a snail’s pace.
