Eric Bernier has joined Ottawa-based CANARIE Inc. as chief technology officer (CTO), where he will lead the design and operational management of the organization’s advanced network infrastructure for both research and education. During the last eight years he was a researcher and project manager at Nortel’s CTO office in Ottawa. Bernier holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
