In what was widely expected, the CRTC announced on July 30 that the National Do-Not-Call List (DNCL) would go live on September 30. The telemarketing list, which has been several years in the making, will allow consumers to register on a list that in the hopes of eliminating what are at times annoying telemarketing calls.
