WebTech gets deal in Brazil

WebTech Wireless Inc. has been selected by the Municipality of Belo Horizonte in Brazil as the exclusive supplier of GPS locators for its program to increase driver and passenger safety for the city’s taxis. Taxi drivers and Sincavir, the taxi owners’ union, supported the use of GPS and wireless technology to help keep drivers safe in an environment of rising crime rates.
