Guild urges feds to aid film industry as budget consultations begin

As the August 15 deadline for input into the 2008 pre-budget consultations approaches this week, the Directors Guild of Canada (DGC) is urging the federal government to bolster film production in Canada by reviewing current funding policies for the industry.
