Earlier this month, Ottawa-based Enablence Technologies Inc. announced the appointment of Steve Bower to the company’s board of directors as well as the creation of a compensation committee on the board. Bower is a chartered accountant and CFO of Consumers Waterheater Income Fund. The compensation committee will be chaired by Stephan Guerin with Nishith Goel and John Ryan rounding out the committee’s membership.
