Spb Software, a mobile application developer with operations in Russia, Hong Kong and the US, has unveiled released Spb Online, a tool designed to stimulate subscriber uptake of advanced mobile content services such as mobile TV, online radio and games. The company made the announcement at ITU Telecom Asia today.
