Bridgewater Systems has inked an agreement to provide Scartel LLC with service control system, enabling the Russian mobile WiMAX carrier to subscriber management functions such as authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) services. The Bridgewater system will also give the company a common platform to accelerate the launch of data services over their WiMAX network.
