BRANCHEZ-VOUS to acquire NetWorldMedia

BRANCHEZ-VOUS, a Montreal-based Internet media company, has entered into a share-purchase agreement to buy NetWorldMedia, a leading bilingual online ad network site. The agreement was inked last week and allows BRANCHEZ-VOUS to acquire all the assets of 4306112 Canada Inc., which owns 100% of shares in NetWorldMedia. NetWorldMedia’s top managers and owners Lior Amar, Gino Coutu, and Tom Vorias are expected to take up prominent positions on the combined executive body. Coutu will be co-president and chief operating officer. Vorias will take on the position of vice-president, finance. Amar will become chief technology officer. In addition, Vorias and Coutu will sit on the new corporations’ board of governors.
