Second quarter growth in broadband wireless and WiMAX subscribers topped 19% in the compared to levels in the first quarter, according to the latest issue of the WiMAXCounts Quarterly Report from Maravedis. Total subscribers in Q2 2008 is up 70% when compared to 2007’s second quarter. While subscriber growth continues, average revenue per user (ARPU) remains stable.
