Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. has announced that David Lazzarato has resigned as CEO, effectively immediately. Boyd Craig and Drew Craig, the current co-chairmen of the company, have been appointed as co-CEO. Lazzarato has agreed to assist the Craig Wireless with in a transition phase.
